We offer free shipping for all orders.
Shipping within India takes 3-5 business days. Shipping within Delhi / NCR takes 1-2 business days.

Within India, we ship through our delivery partner - Bluedart. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us. Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.
We accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, American Express and Diners Club International) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Maestro Visa, American Express & Diners Club International). We also accept payments in International transactions. We support all major international cards and 92 currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, AED.
No, we don't offer international shipping at the moment. We are working on this so do check again for an update.
We accept returns or exchanges if the product has been damaged during transit. Our return policy lasts 10 days. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. To return or exchange your defective/damaged product, you should mail your product to: Niana, 592 Ground Floor, Road Number Zero, Ghitorni, 110030 New Delhi DL, India. Please send us an email at info@niana.co if you receive a damaged product.

Niana candles are made with 100% natural soy wax. Soy wax is derived from soy bean, which is biodegradable and non-toxic. Little or no soot is emitted and no carcinogens are produced when burnt.
To avoid large flames on your candle, trim the wick by 1/4 inch each time before relighting.
Gift cards are delivered by email with instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and no expiry date.
