Shipping and Returns

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi using network partners..

Shipping within India

Free Shipping on all products when paid for online by credit card or debit card or net banking.

When you review your order at checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.

Order and Shipping Process

As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on the network partner’s website.

Orders will need to be signed for, so please choose a delivery address where someone will be in to receive it. You must provide a full address, including any special instructions, as we will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address. If an incomplete address or phone number is provided, we will email you to ask for the full address/phone number.

Deliveries will take place between Monday-Friday, and will be attempted 3 times before they are returned to us. There will be additional fees for further shipping attempts, or for any change of address after the delivery has been scheduled and you have received your tracking number. Please allow 5-7 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive, though in practice they usually arrive within 3 working days.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your product or if it has been damaged in transit, please contact us at info@niana.co as soon as possible. We can offer a refund or replacement on any item as long as it is returned in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Once we receive the item/s, the refund will be initiated.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Niana tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
